1988 BMW 325i
Spec E30 / ChampCar EC Class
Built from 2015 to 2016 as a NASA Spec E30 race car, the 325i was raced in Southeast Spec E30 events for roughly two years. When the team decided to enter the 2024 ChampCar 24 Hours at VIR, the E30 was converted to ChampCar EC class configuration.
The car hadn't turned a wheel in six years before the VIR race. It was prepped during nights and weekends leading up to the event with a focus on stripping weight and maximizing reliability. Despite not being purpose-built for the ChampCar ruleset, the E30 finished 15th overall and 3rd in EC class out of 70 cars.
The car is currently race-ready and available for future events.
1984 Nissan 300ZX Turbo
Endurance Racing — Targeting Overall Competitiveness
The 300ZX Turbo is the current primary build. The chassis has been fully stripped and is ready for its roll cage. The cage and most of the required parts are already on hand.
This is being built as a serious contender — the turbo platform offers significant tuning headroom, and the goal is to be competitive for overall wins, not just class results. The Z31 is an underappreciated platform for endurance racing: lightweight, well-balanced, and with a turbocharged engine that responds well to modification.
Target: on track for the 2026 season with 2-3 races planned.
2003 BMW 330Ci
Spec E46 / Endurance Racing
The 330Ci is a future project. The chassis has been fully stripped and the roll cage and supporting parts have been purchased. The E46 platform is proven in both NASA Spec E46 and amateur endurance racing.
This car will be built when time and resources allow, likely after the 300ZX Turbo is complete and racing. The M54 inline-six is a strong, reliable engine with a well-understood path to race prep.
